Good Exposure for freshers,
There is a water cooler(if that counts as pros),
There are 7+ camera inside 1500sq ft space so you are quite safe,
School like atmosphere, a Teacher(in this case PM) will always monitor you ensuring you complete your work on time,
Cons
No Cons , just your PPO is dependent on the revenue of the company, which is fair.
