Third class company - Software Engineer Groww Employee Review

Very bad organization. This company is second home for Flipkart and BITS people. Company is biased towards BITS and Flipkart people. Company treats them as if they are from Google , microsoft or from Harvard , MIT. This has created monopoly of these people in the organisation. Now every BITS or flipkart person in the company thinks they are superior then non BITS or non flipkart person. People who are non BITS or flipkart employees has to really work hard to get appraisal and recognition within the company and at the same time these BITS and Flipkart people don't even work and get appraisal, recognition just because they have their seniors from BITS and Flipkart. This organisation has turned into a toxic place for non BITS and non flipkart employees. Soon this company will have 99% of employees from BITS and Flipkart which currently is above 80%. The the BITS and Flipkart people get senior positions in the company through hiring or through appraisal but non BITS or non flipkart people don't get to senior positions easily or through appraisal. You may see more non BITS or non flipkart employees in junior position. I feel sorry to say this but this company treats non BITS or non flipkart employees as slaves.
