Sold Employee Engagement but didn't practice what they preached - Business Development Manager Growth Partners Employee Review

Growth Partners has allowed me to have a career as well as balance my home and busy life as a mom of two! The team trust me to assist other departments where needed and allow me to have exposure in areas which I would like! Due to their hybrid flexible working policy, I am able to allow costs for other amenities due to the saving of fuel to and from work on certain days. The team also give me access to equipment that I need to enable me to do my tasks efficiently. Breakfast is provided in the office everyday and who gives you your day off on your Birthday??!!! What a unique perk! I love my place of work :) Thank you Team GP!

I can't think of any cons! There is none!

I can't rate Growth Partners enough. Sure, nowhere will ever be 100% perfect, but, this comes very close. A supportive and engaging culture exists here, with a genuine effort placed on creating a good work-life balance for their employees. I feel very privileged to work with some of the nicest people I've ever met. There is a definite emphasis on team work and being in this as one. I love being a part of the GP family.

Holiday allowance isn't competitive enough and the lack of sick pay is a concern. Career development is limited due to the numbers of employees.
