Not very organized. No clear expectations. Unrealistic goals. Unclear management. Tries to do more than the organization can handle. Does not work well with different work styles.

Hour flexibility, client and family interactions

Hostile work environment, unethical leadership, poor management and training, nonexistent structure, general disrespect for licensed individuals and expertise, made up leadership positions and obviously relying on Google searches and AI to navigate the child welfare sector
