Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

1. Workload is always high : Authority have no technical knowledge apart from SQL. Senior ask cursor his doubts and then say the same thing to developers to do that. 2. can fire you anytime without reason: They will deny your experience Letter. 3. don't have enough workspace, and ths u will he bombarded with huge amount of work. 4. Zero growth: there is no senior to learn something from, and they will tell you to use cursor and do the work. you will be doing pure vibe coding. 5. No proper roles and responsibilities: One day u are working on one stack and one day another, as I said earlier they don't have enough workspace , cause either people leave them or they fire them. (maybe to save yearly bonus or something else). 6. CTO does the work of HR . and HE is clueless what is happening. In the span of 2 months, HR changed 3 times , same goes to other roles also.

Pros

Friendly colleagues. Salary on time.

Cons

No standard ways of doing things, no structure. No seniors to learn from so you are on your own and no one will help you if you are stuck. Decisions changed too often without a clear roadmap, which lead to wasted efforts and impacted morale. Noticed a lot of people getting terminated or leaving suddenly. Leadership has little technical knowledge and you will be have to deal with huge workload and unrealistic deadlines because of that. You will sometimes have to deal with multiple projects at a time and will be expected to work long hours.

Pros

The recent positive reviews are interesting, to say the least.

Cons

Very poor communication, constant blame-shifting, lack of accountability from leadership, uncomfortable workplace dynamics, and an overall disrespectful work culture. Decisions changed frequently, expectations were unclear, and employees were often left dealing with the consequences of management’s inconsistency. The company presents itself very differently online than what many employees actually experience internally.
