Pros
Working at Grow is one of the best decisions I've made. Great, great company culture and opportunity. Like anything, it took a little time to get into the groove and sell like I wanted to, but after 6 months I was hitting big numbers and loving life. Everyone is supportive, friendly, and encouraging. There is positive focus on improving an already great sales team and providing as much training as possible. Its definitely a startup world and that comes with the relaxed work environment you'd expect. While we still don't have work from home days the management is flexible with working hours and days off if you're getting your work done. Selling the product is much easier than other products I've sold. The value of the product is very clear, translating into a shorter sales process. We have a client success team that then manages the relationship with the client so you can focus on new sales. Its very realistic to hit your numbers consistently and make great commissions.
Cons
Its a startup, there are constant changes. Some of these are great, some of them are experiments that fail. Some of those experiments don't seem to make much sense, but changes happen frequently so you never have to deal with it for too long. Base pay isn't fantastic but the potential for big commissions more than makes up for that.
