Pros

Great colleagues who foster a supportive and collaborative work environment

Cons

Leadership Team: The leadership team lacks a clear vision for the company’s direction and long-term goals. Layoffs occur every six months, followed by unfulfilled promises of stability, leading to a pervasive lack of trust among employees. This has significantly eroded the credibility of leadership and adversely affects team morale. Furthermore, some leaders (particularly one) display disrespect towards employees, suggesting that education is not seen as essential for effective leadership in this company. Sales Quota: The sales quotas set by the leadership are often unrealistic, contributing to a culture of anxiety and uncertainty. Employees feel pressured to meet targets that do not align with the market conditions, further diminishing morale and trust in leadership. Sales at Grover: At Grover, the sales role is more about managing customer service, handling collections, addressing risks, and dealing with logistics, rather than focusing on client relationships and support. This shift in responsibility consumes valuable time, and there is little willingness to invest in improvements or allocate necessary resources. Recognition: Grover is lacking in employee recognition. Achievements are frequently credited to managers, whether they involve process improvements, reports, or action plans. This diminishes individual contributions and stifles motivation. Communication: There is a significant deficiency in communication and collaboration among employees across different departments. This often transforms straightforward tasks into lengthy processes, ultimately frustrating customers and driving them to seek alternatives.

Good benefits, good people, and I really enjoyed the remote posture

Cons

Sometimes the direction from corporate was nonsensical to the operations in the US. Probably why they shut down the US side of things
