      Offices are state of the art, open spaces are well equipped, well lit and ventilated. Colleagues are very affable and willing to help out with any issue

      Cons

      Teams are usually very decentralized, sometimes being spread over several cities, sometimes over several countries. This makes it difficult to build working relationships with colleagues
