Pros
-really good client with a huge project and organized ecosystem. -good payment. Lots of companies I am interviewing don't really want to pay me what I am being paid here(4y + total experience) - flexible program, as long as you are serious, attend meetings and finish your tasks in the sprint. - full remote. I am from another city and work from Bucharest. They've never had a problem with this, but if they do in the future, I will leave instantly.
Cons
- managers could care a bit more about the people, especially the people that are good quality and keep the project going.
