Snacks, free food, you can be lazy if your boss likes you, a few decent people work at the company

Management and executives don’t care about employees. Immediate supervisor is an idiot. She takes 2 hour lunches and calls out, but if we called out, she would get mad. If she liked you, you got less work. If she disliked you, you got most of the work and she micromanaged you. HR did not do anything about all the complaints against her. Pay is very low. Some people started out at $23, while others started at $25. Only executives received bonuses. Don’t have many holidays. Bathrooms are disgusting. Most of the people looked and smelled like they just rolled out of bed. People go to work sick and cough and sneeze and don’t care about their coworkers. HR does nothing about it. The CEO is a little mad with a napoleon complex. He’s not approachable at all. I can go on and on.
