This year marks the first time in a while that we have not had a general increase, and we are taking a more selective approach given the current economic environment. However, salary development remains an important part of our long-term commitment to our team. In addition, we are currently working on a new compensation model that includes both fixed and variable components, with the aim of adding more transparency and perspective.
