Cons
The Marketing Team, Management and the HR are quite toxic, some full timers at the boutique are two-face and fake. Previously the management will secretly drop by and take pictures, no privacy and at their own discretion, very suffocating. Now they take note that the part timers know so they don’t do it much unless the event is huge and they hire more PTs. As for HR side, want to cut manpower costs and save money for company, also very biased if you work/joined Clarins boutique first and they request you to work in events your schedule is prioritised over those that join to work only the Clarins Event*** FYI coming from my own exp, esp if it is a PH chances are they will give them first Haha. Clarins Regular Customers: take advantage of the promos and campaigns that clarins have to take as much samples as possible. When they buy 1-2 items they expect the Clarins FT/PT to give ALOT of samples to cater to their needs and wants. Very demanding and most of them are very entitled and feel privileged to have a 5 Star treatment like a VIP. Some are nice and understanding but most you will encounter are those obnoxious people. If you do not give them the treatment they think they deserve, e.g buying product they go pay at counter but they go themselves they not happy they suddenly say don’t want buy and walk away, and then scold you. Unless your patience and understanding is huge, most likely you will not stay there for long. #nosugarcoating
