Pros

Not many, attempt at agency experience is a plus.

Cons

The job description turned out to be none of the actual duties I did on a day to day basis, I was more of a glorified personal assistant. Framed to be a large PR agency in downtown Philly, turned out to be one man in a large office alone with his door shut must of the time. No coworkers, no HR department, long hours(8:30-5:30 only 45 min for lunch), low pay for industry average, new ideas not celebrated, PR company stuck in the past.

Pros

The salary is liveable and the health plan isn't terrible.

Cons

Your job will be nothing like the job description. You will sit around doing very little due to the way that work at the company is structured. You will have your work ignored and your ideas de-valued and disrespected. You will have a barrage of micro-aggressions aimed toward minorities and women. While salary is liveable, it is well below industry average.

Pros

The only one I can think of is that it's a chance to get some agency experience

Cons

definitely the feeling of nepotism being that his daughter is the other major employee, extremely low pay for an agency in a big city, misdirection at every turn
