Pros
Selling Ford, this product is in high demand, so volume is good. Pay is good when targets are met.
Cons
It was good under its former ownership: Gowrings, but this American company took it over and pretty much ruined it, with focus on numbers and statistics rather than employee health and contentment in the workplace. You're just a number here. Things got tougher, but the reward never improved. Fines were imposed for paperwork inaccuracies. Fuel card taken away. Demos restricted. No longer a nice place to work.
