This is a great opportunity to make a few bucks. Its a great learning tool if you are a realtor or in the real estate business.
It should not be construed as a JOB.The software shows exactly how much you made. I have been very rural areas. My vehicle actual cost is $ 0.30/mile. After that is removed it works out to $10 to $20 per hour.
Not a lot but no real boss (deadlines were shortened to 2 days) No time schedule. If you can't do it decline the assignment.
Cons
It does't pay a lot but you know that up front. Don't stay if you don't like it. This is a result of your politicians trying to FIX minimum wage.
They could limit your assignments
