Pros
The only pro's are the people that work here, but only those in lower level roles (below management).
Cons
Management push their people to breaking point, then place the blame on their teams rather then themselves for the failure of a goal. They have no compassion for their staff and have a false sense of culture which feels forced. Very toxic place for people who do not fit a certain mould.
