Very nice and caring employees (not management)

There is no tolerance for medical issues requiring even a short leave. I was let go after taking about 3 total days off due to a medical issue. I was even asked to find coverage for my shifts which is understandable but extremely disrespectful if the plan was to let me go. I was fully transparent and had all required medical documentation should it be needed (My email asking them to reconsider, which was ignored. Even expressly offered up said documentation.) After all that, my final paycheck was delayed and when I asked for it, I was met with confrontation and an aggressive attitude. Overall, management here obviously does not care about their employees or their well-being.

I love the management style of this company and how they are always looking out for your best interest. I always felt I could trust my manager when I felt uncomfortable with any staff member or customer. Highly recommend and love the environment.

Morning shift workers can sometimes get fewer hours than closers.
