Pros
No night and salary, pension and permanent contract health insurance, car park and good location. It’s difficult to write a minimum of 20 words to describe the pros, so this is the filler.
Cons
This company has great potential, but is being destroyed by incompetent management, most of the high level managers are Spanish, and maybe it’s the norm in Spain, to sack employees with no warnings or justification, (non union company). I worked as a packaging technician with what seemed like 3 or 4 self proclaimed Team Leaders. Worked with some excellent people also, and was the main reason I lasted 10 months . 1/2 hour break is not a typo on you’re contract so read the small print.
