The benefits are very good, and there are genuine opportunities to build your career, with internal promotions happening regularly. Overall, it’s a positive environment where I feel valued and encouraged.
Cons
Some processes can move slowly because alignment across different parts of the organisation isn’t always straightforward, and many system-related decisions are made abroad, which can delay progress at site level. On-site IT support is also limited at times, which can add to delays when technical issues come up.
