      Pros

      Meaningful and interesting work to do, and can see its impact. A lot of really kind, intelligent and hardworking coworkers. Work-life balance is good. Motivated to work hard but empowered to have needed time off and schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      CEO Tom is great but not all management is created equal. People who lack self-direction will not do well here. Impressive track record of hiring great people but when bad hires happen it isn't dealt with as expediently as would be preferable. Overall an amazing place to work, though

      Pros

      Work culture is really nice. I feel valued and seen as a person, and people here are genuinely interested in making sure the work is rewarding for you.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, and it gets stressful at times.
