      Very flexible hours Huge projects allow you to have an impact Above the market compensation Food and drinks always available Highly skilled co-workers

      Still relies on a few very outdated technologies A lot of legacy code to be maintained Can be very time demanding Very narrow minded upper management (employees have, more than once, been punished for voicing their disagreement with the CEO) Can be very demotivating

      - getting investment for educated employees / consultants in the US biometric space

      The pay was good for a college student A good amount of sick leave AND vacation

      No upward growth is available No promotions ever No raises ever Management does not understand the US market or laws for the desired market There is no support in the US.
