Toxic culture with unrealistic expectations and no respect - Manager GreyOrange Employee Review

1. If they say there are high opportunities to work onsite/visit different countries, don't fall for this people have to work everyday more than 12-15hours at these sites and they don't give you leave. 2. They don't provide proper KTs and expect to wear multiple hats and own everything and deliver the best of everything, incorrect and inhumane expectations. 3. They dont treat their employees with dignity. 4. After years of dedicated work they still don't respect you. 5. If you give everything during the whole year the increment they give you is max 4-5%. 6. Now they started hiring contractual employees as no one is joining them on permanent roles. so anyone can imagine what kind of organisation is this. Please dont join this organisation even if they give you any kind of lollipop.
