      The people i work with are very pleasant and like a family

      Cons

      Management need to vet new incoming leaders better. A degree doesn't mean crap if the individual cant do the job they were hired for. Onsite testing before hiring would benefit the entire organization.

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
