      Pros

      Pete Watson and the rest of the leadership team have put forth tremendous effort to establish a company culture which has made Greif a leader in the modern industrial packaging industry.

      Cons

      It's a little inconvenient to have the two separate buildings for Corporate and North America headquarters

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
