Flexible hours, but toxic environment and poor management - Barista Gregorys Coffee Employee Review

working here for 3 years was one of the most soul sucking decisions of my life

- corporate management enables bad behavior of store leaders - store leaders go missing for days and steal company time by claiming that they’re present at the stores and if you bring up to corporate how understaffed we would be because of their scheduling choices they would work in tandem to have you fired - harassment and threats would occur amongst coworkers and management would do nothing when they’d receive reports of this - lazy coworkers - upper management and store leaders don’t even know how to assist on the floor but reprimand those that do aggressively holding baristas to a far higher expectation than themselves -they demand you work on your day off and if you don’t they will use that against you - demand you work off the clock - don’t believe in transfers and will subject you to a hostile work environment
