If you are a healthcare professional who wants to give back to the community, this is a native health organization and treats native and non-native underserved populations in a majestic area of Northern California. Both facilities in Greenville, CA and Redbluff, CA are modern and well-equipped.

Greenville Rancheria is plagued by unfortunate politics, and therefore the healthcare professionals who are lured into believing their skills and experience will be well appreciated are in for a rude awakening. The unfortunate dysfunction of the management has caused a revolving door of practitioners and employees in an a rural area that desperately needs to attract all the doctors they can retain. There is a bit of humor here, those of us who have worked as practitioners at the Greenville Rancheria, call it "the club." We all share the same experience. I recall treating a patient at the Red Bluff location, while a fist fight erupted in the hallway next to me. It turned out to be two employees duking it out. Yes, it is at times the wild west with arbitrary rules, and no clear strategy for addressing the healthcare needs of the underserved.
