Pros
The people are generally kind and considerate. Almost everyone is willing to say hello or start up a conversation. There are free snacks and sporadic company outings as well as the occasional pot luck. The casual dress is a nice bonus.
Cons
The culture and management has been on the decline. I worked at Greenphire for about a year and in that time, my position alone had three people start and quit in a short amount of time. One person was only there a week. I asked if they would investigate the high turnover rate and management dismissed me, providing weak excuses for why each person left. The company enticed me with great perks but unfortunately the perks were not enough to make up for the long hours and poor pay. The "great company culture" was supposed to make up for these shortcomings. I became so stressed from my job I decided to leave without a new position lined up.
