Pros
Food, my friends, and occasionally fun events. Decent office space.
Cons
Staff turnover is on the rise, heard there is more to come. Manager seems stressed and pushes staff inconsistently and therefore the development environment is lagging. The benefits (401K and medical) have gotten worse in the past few months. Company installed a new "security" system with video- hello Big Brother! Culture has changed-feels more "corporate" less team oriented. Time to move on.
