Very flexible hours; we have many mums with young kids and accommodate as needed - we have people starting /finishing at different times due to their own constraints. Very understanding and caring about employees. Amazing team of hardworking and dedicated people who take pride in themselves/ their work and the company. All employees socialize – eat lunch together , often going for dinner etc.. Many are good friends outside of the office. Smoking is allowed outside of the building .
