Pros
I love our team's culture, it is small but mighty. We get a lot of things done together, but also have fun while doing it. I feel we are tight knit team, and it genuinely feels like a small family. The company also cares about investing in their employees' futures, goals, and work/life balance. They also care a lot about their client-relationships, which having good relationships with some of our clients is definitely a great benefit!
Cons
We are a smaller company so sometimes that means wearing a lot of hats, or processes still needing to be built out and defined. But that is great for someone who does not like the mentality of "we've always done it this way".
