Pros

A lot of food, events, partys, coffe breaks, fun stuff.

Cons

Not a lot of effort to make good work. No training, after two years no raise neither job title change. They don't take care of the good workers.

I want to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I’m really sorry that your experience at Greenlight did not match our intention of being a great place to work. We’re taking your feedback on board and addressing all the places we missed in delivering a great experience for you. With regards to training, in September, we launched Greenlight Academy which offers all staff free, extensive training related to the services we provide, as well as self-improvement talks and inspirational speaker sessions. We do our best to ensure our people are well looked after and that they are paid fairly and competitively. HR have recently benchmarked our salaries against the market and they’re reviewed twice a year, so we strive to remain competitive and fair when it comes to appraisals. If you would like to share more about your experiences please reach out to hr@greenlightdigital.com and they can set up a time for us to talk. Thank you again for the feedback. It helps us make Greenlight a better place and best of luck in your future endeavours.

Pros

Good holiday allowance - 25 days, plus the office is closed between Christmas and New Year Flexible Working - you can work 8-4.30, 8.30-5, 9-5.30, 9.30-6, or 10-6.30. Lots of different clients to work on, so no two days are ever the same. Beer o clock on a Friday Line manager is approachable, but doesn't sit over my shoulder. Little extras, such as snacks, drinks, yoga in the morning. Opportunities to improve yourself. Friendly directors - easy to speak to, and not on a power trip. Very good if you've had an illness or a problem, to support you/give you time off that you need,

Cons

Some people with the word 'manager' in their title like to look down at people they perceive to be 'below' them. Not always enough support on big projects.

We’re so pleased to hear you’re happy with the staff benefits on offer, and that you’ve been able to make use of things such as flexi-time, training and development initiatives, and yoga – we’re always looking to improve work/life balance and ensure staff are receiving benefits that are valuable to them. We’d highly recommend flagging any persistent issues with HR, who’ll be able to support you going forward. We appreciate your feedback, and we’ll ensure that any staff complaints are dealt with in the best manner possible.
