      Ability to make more money than your hourly rate.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t know proper usage of pesticides. They will come to do “field evaluations” on you to look for reasons to fire you. If they can’t find a reason then they’ll nit pick to try and find a way.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
