      Pros

      Greenheck is a good employer to work for if you are looking for a solid employer. Tries to keep employees happy with a lot of engagement. Pay is pretty fair for the market.

      Cons

      They are a heavy at the top with upper management...especially on the HR side, which takes some decision making away from local management. Health insurance is a little pricey with a high deductible, but the HSA does help out.

      Large campus with great buildings and all employees are friendly!

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
