Union and Non Union people despise each other, which can make it very difficult to work in that kind of environment. Union people say we are brothers and sisters but we will throw someone under the bus in a quick hurry. I’ve never had a supervisor talk crap about other worker calling them really bad names! I can’t say them unless it won’t post. Union Stewart’s are very close to Supervisors and HR which is non union.
