      Pros

      Cutting edge software company with really neat product that customers love. Pay is great, leads are solid, company is laid back, senior managers and execs spend a lot of time with every department every day. Great group of people, its like we are a family

      Cons

      umm well there is a 20 word limit so I guess the food in the area isn't that good. Department communication can get a little hectic and irritating when it is busy. It is complicated to process a sale or refund

      Great work environment and being around a lot of positive people.

      7:30am start time. I guess it helps with traffic, but still.
