Pros

Private Health insurance Good and competitive pay (for some positions)

Cons

As a part of the core team, I have encountered the rigid structure of a traditional corporation which wanna be a startup and a minimal focus on employee well-being and cohesion. This is a place where rigidity, stagnation, and personal development are neglected rather than embraced. Inflexible Working Hours: Greenely's inflexible working hours constrain us to rigid schedules, disregarding individual needs and hindering work-life balance. Earlier it was work from home, now even if you are having a headache or some monthly issues, you need to come to office on workdays else take a sick leave. Definitely not expected from a startup, no trust whatsoever on employees. Isolation and Individualism: The absence of team-building events and activities fosters a sense of isolation among employees, making the workplace solely a site for individual tasks rather than collaborative growth and the leaders are not shy to put the failure of a project on you. Neglect of Culture and Well-being: It is evident that Greenely disregards its employees' well-being and work culture. The lack of investment in our well-being reflects in our disengagement and lack of motivation in our work. Limited Growth Opportunities: For the ambitious individual, Greenely provides limited opportunities for personal and professional growth. Initiative and commitment are often overlooked, leaving little room for advancement or new challenges. Corporate/ wannabe startup Environment: The slow-paced and stagnant environment of a corporation like Greenely stifles innovation and personal development. We navigate through bureaucratic hurdles alone, lacking the support system and sense of community found in a startup. Other cons: Writing or making people write fake 5 star reviews just shows the mindset of the company and immaturity of the leaders.

Pros

potentially a good idea for a startup but ruined by poor management

Cons

Management is a complete disaster. The leadership team is disorganized, out of touch, and incapable of running the company efficiently. There’s a severe lack of leadership skills at the top. They micromanage everything, with no technical knowledge or understanding of the tasks they’re overseeing. They refuse to take accountability for their own failures, instead creating an environment of distrust and blame. They have no respect for their team's time or well-being. The worst part is the company’s inability to retain good employees. I saw some of the most talented and hardworking people (including CTO!) leave because they simply couldn’t deal with the chaos anymore. Instead of learning from this, management shrugged it off and continued with the same dysfunctional behavior. Even worse, they actively fired several highly skilled employees for no apparent reason other than failing to conform to the management’s erratic demands. This shows a total lack of insight into how to build and maintain a strong, cohesive team. Yes, Greenely has been around for 10 years and only recently started receiving negative reviews. Coincidentally (or not) after they hired a new CPO. If you’re considering working with or for [Company Name], do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. It’s not a place for growth, learning, or a healthy work environment anymore.
