      Easy job to have while in school. Does not require you to have a lot of experience in related field.

      Cons

      Low Pay Not much room for growth A lot of down time Very small team so taking time off from work is difficult.

      Cons

      60-80 hour weeks. Bahman Shafa is ridiculous. Homeless people shooting up on the property. People trying to fight you over truck charges. Trying to keep a 100,000 sq ft building clean by yourself.
