Pros
1. An organisation full of opportunities at every step. 2. If you think you can take it forward yourself, TAKE IT FORWARD YOURSELF and prove it! I think no other company gives that sort of an opportunity! 3. CEO himself mingles up well with the junior employees and shares ideas. 4. Best HR practices like monthly town hall, 1 on 1's, birthday and anniversary emails and a lot of good stuff happens to keep you overwhelmed while ur working @ GreenDust. Last but not least, u feel u r heard, ur thoughts are taken, your work is appreciated and awarded. Cons
Not really much to say as if u don't give results to an organisation, u ought to get the brunt! If people say it's a downside, well it's universal guys. U don't give results on time, u get the beatings too.... isn't it? Ah don't be hopeless though, they keep on working on u till ur declared a misfit completely and need to go back to school.
