awesomeness - Anonymous employee Green Streets Employee Review

I started working here shortly after Memorial Day, after leaving a hourly job at Home Depot. I literally made more my first week then I did the entire prior month at Home Depot. The work environment at Green Streets is unlike any other. I love my job, each day I get a chance to make as much money as I want to and I'm surrounded by a fun and supportive group of co workers. I also love this company because there is so much room for advancement. In the next few years we will have nationwide offices, and by becoming a part of the Green Streets team now, my potential within this fast growing company is uncapped.

I honestly can't think of any

I love this job if I can even call it that. I love coming in to work every day. My coworkers and the management staff all great me with a smile as soon as I walk in the door and I'm smiling and in a great mood when I leave each day. This is NOT like other cut throat sales positions where it's 100% commission and you work all hours of the day so you have no life. This job gives you freedom, but also gives you the opportunity to work longer hours if desire to. There is a very big weekly base pay + commission structure in place. The sky is the limit here. Another thing I love about Green Streets is that there is a lot of growth potential. The Company is expanding to different cities rapidly, so in turn the growth potential can be rapid as well. I'm extremely glad to be away from my last sales "career" where I was promised a lot of false hopes that they knew they were never going to follow through with. Green Streets is an amazing company and I am very proud to be working here.

We should have more get togethers outside of work. We all get along so well with each other at work so I think we should plan some more fun activities outside of work.
