If you are not part of the click, they will be so mean to you. There is no organization and they try to say that working for them is different, it’s total chaos all the time. They violate fair housing rules and allow their leasing people to be paid astronomical amounts of money and do zero portion of the work. Their leasing people steer people to where they want them, create false income documents, and the list goes on. The leadership is poor at best, and you will be treated poorly and with zero respect. Also, the managers swear at you. Oh and they mess up payroll all the time, you have to watch them like a hawk to be sure you are paid correctly. They also missed payroll recently, and blamed it on a setting.
