Clients were very nice. Former director, Elaine, was lovely. Always greeted you by name. Unfortunately, she retired in 2017.

Micro managers. They don’t seem to like employees working remotely because they don’t trust employees to do their jobs. No support from supervisors. Toxic environment. Gossip runs rampant. Office manager is unpleasant. Supervisors don’t understand their employees’ jobs. Supervisors make asinine suggestions. Agency is not accommodating.
