Absent executive, place is run by agenda driven Heads of dept. Some toxic areas - HR and Ops. Was good but changed 3yrs ago - wouldn’t advise anyone to go there
The pay is much lower than any other banks in the area. The upper management does not have any regard for the average employee, I was a part of 9 branch layoff that was handled very poorly
