Pros
Decent starting pay but in the inventory department, your bonus is based on how hard your co-workers work, not just your performance.
Cons
Ridiculous, expensive dockings, total lack of concern for their employees. I have seen fellow employees be docked over $400 in one week and management took the whole amount of money out of one paycheck leaving the employee with a $200 paycheck to last for two weeks.
