Pros

For a young stylist there's technical training and lots of clients to get practice in to hone your skills. Pay is decent and there is commission on product sales

Cons

Rushed atmosphere, constant flow of clients, clients can be rude, clients come back and say their hair is messed up even when it isn't just because they expect that from a franchise salon. Managers don't show up on time to open the shop but if you show up late that would be a problem. A 7 minute cut time is praised and a 20 minute cut time is a problem.

We are sorry you had this experience. Because each salon is owned and operated, your concerns would be best addressed by your former franchisee. If you would like follow up, please email Jeanne@greatclips.com with the salon location where you were employed. We will then forward it to the owner of the salon to contact you. Thank you for your feedback.
