Pros

Walking out the door with cash from tips.

Cons

I have never worked with colder people in a salon! When I was hired I was told they desperately needed stylists because they are a high volume salon short handed. Instantly I noticed one stylist (who wears flip flops and constantly pops gum all day long. So annoying & unprofessional!) never talked to me, ever. She even went out of her way to give me dirty looks. She has been there 6 years. The Manager, who does not talk to anyone in the salon but her unprofessional she puts on a hair goddess pedestal has been there 10 years. Everyone else? Newer hired in. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out these two have run off everyone that has been hired. When one of my associates said to me, "Welcome to be the latest New Hire, I was there once. I cried every time I left the salon the first month I worked here." I was in shock. Thought it was me or something only to know I'm not the only one they treated like this. All because of the attitude you deal with from the fabulous TWO! Be warned it might be an ok job in other locations but at this salon expect a very cold welcoming and a no teamwork ~ work environment. The newer people were all nice to work with and that is the only way to make it thru your demanding day.
