Pros
Traditional company with very solid human values. Management is very friendly and open to innovation. Employees are highly valued. Lots of career development opportunities are provided to continue education or get trained in both technology and business side (insurance). Financially stable company with chances to rotate to different areas to acquire new knowledge. Constant performance reviews which result in raises and promotions year by year. Upper management is open to implement employee ideas discussed through internal social networking.
Cons
The normal problems pertaining to a huge enterprise like low visibility, less agile when dealing with enterprise-wide impacting changes. Starting salaries not that great. No work from home policy in place. Micromanagement seen in some teams.
