Pros
I've been with Graylog for a few years i feel like i have a good grasp of the company in general. Overall it's one of the best places I have worked at during my career, the company ethos and values run at every level of the organisation. It's genuinely one of the few places I have worked at where you see staff from all teams and levels intermingle at company events, there is a hierarchy but it's a very "flat" attitude. Whether you are a team member or a team or business leader you are treated with the same level of respect and valued as an individual. The technology is very good, the customer base is varied and the organisation pulls in the same direction at every level. You are treated and trusted as an adult to do your job and given the autonomy to execute which is great. The company values are practiced at every level and the people team are actually on "your side" and not there to tick corporate boxes, which is refreshing!
Cons
As with any small company that is getting larger, the inevitable growing pains are there however management is self aware and takes proactive steps ensure that any hurdles are tackled head on.
