You get to work with a great bunch of talented and innovative people using cutting edge technologies. You feel treated as a family member rather than an employee which is much appreciated (you are not just another number). Nice people and good work environment. Wide variety of projects and stacks, R&D and hackathons abroad. You are able to develop your interest in Clever Stuff, in areas like ML, AI or blockchain. Work with startups, participating in their development from the beginning. You feel like growing your own baby.

Not an actual bad thing but you need to develop multitasking skills. Still a relatively small company so you have to do a bit of everything.

Working at Gravitywell has been fantastic for my development - it's an environment where learning new skills is encouraged and supported. A flat hierarchy in the truest sense, my input always feels valued and I'm given full autonomy to carry out my role. One of the unique aspects of Gravitywell as an agency is its focus on innovation and internal R&D. Each year (pandemic permitting!), we spend a week away on a team hackathon. This is a great opportunity to take on a cool project, socialise and sample large quantities of local alcohol. Overall, Gravitywell is an extremely rewarding place to work.
