Pros
Met some great people along the way, and the drinks are good. Has potential but it's just not there for me.
Cons
Gruesome hours, extremely short staffed yet corporate expects people to pick up OT and shifts outside people's availability. Turnover from the store level and even at corporate is a huge red flag. So disorganized from the top down.
