Pros
- Remote work - Competitive salary/package
Cons
- Toxic culture. Other people have mentioned this in their reviews, and I couldn't stress it highly enough. Gravitee has one of the worst company cultures I experienced in 15 years in the industry. Whenever failure was experienced, they made sure to find someone the scapegoat and punish accordingly. The result is high attrition in the workforce and they normally leave "quietly". - There's this thing, if for whatever you do something that has upset one of your colleagues (even unintentionally), if that person happens to be one of the early employees, s/he will go to one of the founders and complain bitterly about you. - Operating in "Founder mode". Decisions in the company are made by a few people at the C-suite level, to the point that middle managers and employees have little agency in their roles. - Decisions are made in haste and you're told to "go with it". - Performance reviews are a joke. You don't hear negative feedback in 12 months and it all comes up in the review. Again, founders are more preoccupied with the business than their workforce development. - My advice: don't be fooled by their competitive packages, it's not worth your mental wellbeing and career!
